HOW TO COUNT FROM 30 TO 40 IN MONGOLIAN | Learn Mongolian Lesson #4

In this episode of Learn Mongolian, my Mongolian friend and Olympic archer Gangtugs Jantsan will teach you how to count from 30 to 40 in Mongolian.

As a general rule, the numerals from 31 to 39 are formed by combining the word for 30 with the respective number. For example, 31 is a combination of 30 and 1: guch (30) + neg (1) = guchin neg (31).

30 – guch
31 – guchin neg
32 – guchin hoyor
33 – guchin guraw
34 – guchin doruw
35 – guchin tav
36 – guchin zurgaa
37 – guchin doloo
38 – guchin naym
39 – guchin yes
40 – duch
