During the 7-day virtual book tour, my intertextual study received some decent exposure on the internet, although not always on sites that have a really professional look. From the information available on each blog, I gathered that not all sites have a high number of unique visitors a day, but as they post frequently, their articles will be indexed by Google.
The last review was by Jeanie Huston from Texas, who wrote on Women’s Intuition that,
“I found the book difficult and interesting all at the same time. This is great for anyone who loves these books or trilogies.”
Of course, she is referring to Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll and The Matrix which I analyzed and compared in detail in my book.
Although the purpose of this virtual book tour was to increase the exposure of the book, I’m please that there was also one sale during the tour while the number for comments on Amazon.com increased to 8, with 4 and 5-stare reviews. Selling such a specialized book is not easy…
