Hi, this si Mihnea. Welcome to Romanian Hub, the Ultimate Romanian Language Learning Portal.

There are 31 letters in the Romanian alphabet, with 26 characters of the latin alphabet, 5 special characters with diacritical marks, and 3 slightly different pronunciation versions.

Romanian spelling is very phonetic. The accent and sounds are very similar to Italian. Sounds rarely differ between words, which means, for example, that letter „t” is pronounced the same every time.
