If there’s any creature on earth that knows how to chill out like a boss, then that’s the cat.

Thailand has many attractions, and visiting Wat Pho – the Temple of the Reclining Buddha – is at the top of most tourists’ lists. But there’s one more crucial reason why you should visit Wat Pho. And that’s to learn how to chill out like a boss.

I recently re-visited Wat Pho (last time I remember going there in 2005 with my mum) and, apart from admiring all the stupas and the Buddha statues, I also learned how to chill out like a boss in 5 steps.

Here’s how you do it:

– First, you start by purposefully liking your paws while sitting on a rack of plastic chairs.

– Second, you give a quick yawn.

– Then another yawn, this time, from a different position.

– Fourth, you check out any suspect activities.

– Fifth, you lose interest in whatever you were looking at.
